I always had at least 6 kinds in the fridge! Katherine developed horrible eczema around 2 months, and it took us until she was 6 months old to figure out that it was allergies to eggs, wheat, and dairy. It was really hard at first, but when I saw it was helping? It made it SO MUCH EASIER to bear. I would do anything for her - including give up my favorite foods. It might take a few weeks to see results, so don't give up right away!

It turned out that I had allergies, too. Cutting wheat and dairy from my diet completely stopped my migraines! It sucks, but if it solves your prob...

Good for you! It sucks, but if it solves your problems, then yeah!!! I'm sure many people have gone through this, and you might be able to have some things and not others, just depending. I know someone that found out her kid *might* have a sensitivity and immediately stopped nursing. She even BS'ed her husband into believing that there was NOTHING she could do. I mean it's her choice, but to me it seemed like she wanted as little to 'do' as possible. That was only one thing she stopped doing so that she didn't have to raise her kid, basically. The fact that she lied about it was annoying to me. (No I didn't say a word to her, she's a spouse to my husband's co-worker at the time, and usually we spotted her bs and my husband told his co-worker about it--but by the time we found out it was already done)--- she even had him going for a while that she had full license to drink every.single.day while she was pregnant. Umm, yeah. I know sometimes people have wine like every once in a great while, or one sip of champagne or something, but every day? Yikes.

So yeah, my 3 y.o. would say -- 'you are my rock star, yeah!'

thinking good thoughts that this helps!
