I bought a couple of charm packs with the intention to make a quilt for Gene. These are Life in the Jungle from Riley Blake. I love the fun colors and the cute animals. I finally laid out my fabric yesterday and started sewing. It only took two naps (yes, you measure things in naps when you're a mom!) to get the top put together. I plan to trim the sides so they're straight. I'm not sure what I'm going to do for backing fabric yet, but I'm thinking either the green or orange would look fantastic as the binding.
