You've Got Mail

I love getting mail.  I love checking the mail each day.

Of course, there's rarely mail for me.  If there is it's either junk or bills.  No fun at all.

Today, though, was different.  There was one piece of mail and it was for me!  Not only was it for me, but it was fun mail!

Actually, it was a gift for the baby, which still counts as mail for me since his residence is currently My Uterus.

So what did he get?

My friend Amanda, whom I have known since literally the 3rd or 4th grade, made these socks for our little man!  They're Socktopus Socks!  This isn't the pair she made.  Mine are navy blue, but it's dark and I was excited to show them off.  They will keep our little guy's toes warm this winter.
