  2. I'm on Shelfari and many people say how good that book is. I haven't read that one . . . yet. Maybe I will this year. Right now I just finished reading the "Brides of Lancaster" series by Wanda E. Brunstetter about the Amish. I just started "House of Reckoning" by John Saul. Each month my husband and I post a short review of our favorite reads of the month. Good luck on getting your 50 books read this year.

  4. Did you like it? One of my favs from last year was Will You Remember Me? and all the reviews I read on it said that if I liked that, I'd love Time Travellers Wife.

  5. OMG! I just read that book a few weeks ago and I LOVED LOVED LOVED it! I'm now recommending it to anyone that mentions anything about reading.

It may be that it was just a refreshing (although sad) read, after dragging through Dune and then giving up on it, but I really enjoyed "The Time Travelers Wife. And it was set in one of my favorite cities ever, Chicago!

Another good read. "The Lovely Bones" by Alice Sebold. It's really different and gets you thinking. The movie is coming out soon. So if you like to read the book before seeing the movie.....
