It's Monday

I was going to write out a great post this evening, but I changed my mind.  It's been kind of a crummy day.  We were driving around town today and were hit by an elderly lady who ran through a red light.  We're both fine.  I have a couple of photos and will post more about it later.

But for now, I'm going to continue to relax for a while and read through my new cookbook.
