One Week In

I have officially been on Weight Watchers for an entire week now. As far as diets go, it's incredibly easy to follow and it doesn't leave me feeling hungry. I don't feel awful if I go over by one or two points (hooray for flex points!) and I can eat popcorn as a snack every night if I want.

Of course, since it's been a week, you know what that means. It's time to weigh myself! I am proud to announce that the number is lower than my starting weight! Go, me!

Starting weight: 209.6 lbs
Starting BMI: 30.9

Current weight: 206.6 lbs
Current BMI: 30.5

I've lost 3 lbs so far! How great is that? I'm really happy with that number. Hopefully this is a trend that will continue until I reach my goal weight, though I know that won't be for quite some time.

Anyone else have some health goals they'd like to share? I know that Laura spent the first part of the year losing weight and looks great!

  2. Wow, great job girl! :)
We went grocery shopping I got alot more halthier food since I usually eat out of the vending machine here. I had a banana and 2 pieces of cinnamon raisin bread this morning, and a steak salad for lunch so far...that's way better than my usual doritos and snickers breakfast! :)

Tyson and I have been on WW for about 2 months now. LOVE IT. We also found a meeting with an amazing teacher also. Going to the meetings has helped me WAY more than therapy ever did! lol.

    Keep up the great work!!
